We
haven't decided which is
worse:
Will doing a Saddam that is
actually likable, or that we like
it.
When
Will plays Saddam Hussein, he
almost makes you forget that he's
playing a man who uses women and
children as human targets and
commits acts of terrorism,
propaganda and cowardice as often
and easily as we eat a bowl of
cereal.
As
Saddam, Will shows a character
that's agreeable and a good
friend of the US President. He
even once said that anthrax makes
him sick. (The chemical, not the
band.)
He even
wears a beret provided by another
friend...Monika
Lewinski.
It's a
strange to make a guy like that
likable, but Will
does.
It
would have been great to see him
go up against Dana Carvey's
President Bush.
